HISTORY

AMS was established in 2001 providing expeditionary fleet sustainment services to NATO Forces in Kosovo during the Balkans conflict. Today, we continue to grow our current operations, which now extend across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East in highly dynamic operational environments through a relentless focus on providing a high standard of service to our clients which meets and exceeds their expectations.

AMS was founded to provide expeditionary fleet sustainment services to the UN and NATO forces in Kosovo.

2001

After successfully servicing the Afghan National Police (ANP) vehicles, AMS secured another project from the US Government in Afghanistan to service 8,000+ assets for the ANP.

2008

AMS deployed technical experts to implement the Forward on Support Programme in the UAE providing MRO solution for the MRAP vehicles owned by the UAE Government.

2017

Establishment of AMS base camp in Somalia, providing secure accommodation and life support services to the UN and EU partners. 

2019

AMS received a contract award from the UK MOD to provide a specialised MRO Programme for the Ukrainian MOD air defence systems.

AMS FSRs were deployed to belgium to deliver comprehensive technical support for M113 APCs.

2023

AMS Team deployed to Indonesia to aid with tsunami relief and rescue work by sevicing rescue equipment. 

2005

AMS started providing MRO services for the UN mission in Somalia, maintaining 2,000+ peacekeeping assets nationwide.

2012

As a trusted partner of Navistar Defense, AMS deployed skilled FSRs in Africa to deliver national warranty support for MAXXPRO MRAP vehicles.

2021

2006

AMS signed its first contract with the US Government in Afghanistan to provide MRO solution for the Afghan National Police (ANP) vehicles.

2010

Increase to 30,000 assets under service, and construction of over 30 service facilities across Afghanistan.

2015

AMS doubles its footprint across Afghanistan supporting all 34 provinces with training, supply chain, base operations and MRO services.

2018

AMS FSR team provided warranty support services across Algeria for the Algerian Military’s fleet of MAXXPRO MRAP vehicles.

2020

Contract with USAID in Uganda to provide comprehensive Fleet Management System to support Uganda’s Ministry of Health (MoH).

2022

Operation commenced in South Sudan providing Management Services across 18 UN field locations in the country.
